Terms of Service

Last updated: October 23, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use trustwrenchusa.com (the “Website”) or book appliance repair with TrustWrench Repair LLC, which operates as Trust Wrench (“Trust Wrench,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Website or book a service.

The short version

  • Submitting the booking form is a request. Your appointment is set once we confirm it with you.
  • You’ll get an estimate before any repair work starts, and we won’t begin until you approve it.
  • The diagnostic fee is credited toward your repair if you go ahead with the repair with us.
  • We’re an independent repair company, not affiliated with the appliance brands we service.

1. Our services and this website

Trust Wrench provides appliance repair, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and other household appliances, in Richmond, Virginia and surrounding areas. The Website gives information about our services and lets you request a booking.

Submitting the booking form or leaving a message is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only when we confirm the date and time with you by phone, text, or email.

2. Service area and scheduling

We serve Richmond and nearby suburbs. If you’re not sure whether we cover your address, call us and ask.

We offer same-day and next-day appointments in much of our service area, but they’re not guaranteed. Requests made earlier in the day have the best chance of a same-day window, and availability depends on our schedule and demand. Arrival windows are estimates. Traffic, weather, the length of earlier jobs, and parts availability can affect timing, and we’ll keep you updated if we’re running behind.

3. Diagnostic fee, estimates, and pricing

A diagnostic fee applies to the technician’s visit and diagnosis of your appliance. We’ll tell you the amount when you book. Promotional diagnostic pricing may be offered for limited periods, and the price shown or quoted to you at booking is the price that applies to that visit.

If you approve the repair and we complete it, the diagnostic fee is credited toward the repair cost. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee is still due for the visit and diagnosis.

After diagnosing the problem, your technician will explain what’s wrong and give you an estimate for the repair. You’ll get this estimate free of charge before any repair work begins, and we won’t start the repair until you approve it. If the technician finds an additional problem during the repair, they’ll stop and get your approval before any added charges.

4. Payment

Payment is due when the work is completed unless we’ve agreed otherwise. Your technician will confirm the payment methods we accept at the time of service. Prices don’t include any taxes that apply unless the estimate says so.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us as early as you can. If a technician has already been sent out, or arrives and can’t carry out the visit (for example, because no one is there to give access to the appliance), a diagnostic or service-call fee may still apply.

6. Your responsibilities

To help us do the job safely and well, you agree to:

  • Give us accurate information about yourself, your address, and the appliance and its problem
  • Make sure an adult (18 or older) who can authorize the repair is present during the visit
  • Give the technician safe, clear access to the appliance, and secure any pets
  • Tell us about any hazards, such as a gas smell, water leaks, exposed wiring, mold, or pests
  • Own the appliance, or have permission from the owner (for example, a landlord) to approve repairs

Your technician may decline or stop work if conditions are unsafe, or if the appliance can’t be repaired safely.

7. Parts, repairs, and warranty

Your estimate and invoice will describe the parts and labor involved in the repair. Any warranty on parts or labor will be stated on your estimate or invoice, so please ask your technician about it before you approve the repair.

A warranty doesn’t cover problems caused by misuse, accidents, power surges, unauthorized repairs, or failures unrelated to the work we did. We can’t promise that every appliance can be repaired. If a repair isn’t practical or isn’t a good value, your technician will tell you.

8. Manufacturer warranties and brand names

TrustWrench Repair LLC is an independent repair company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, KitchenAid, Bosch, Maytag, Kenmore, Amana, Electrolux, or any other appliance manufacturer. Brand names are the property of their owners and appear on this Website only to describe the appliances we service.

If your appliance is covered by a manufacturer, retailer, or extended warranty, that coverage may require service from an authorized provider, and repairs by an independent company could affect it. Please check your warranty before booking. We’re not responsible for decisions made by a warranty provider.

9. Food and appliance contents

If your refrigerator or freezer isn’t working, please move perishable food, medication, and other temperature-sensitive items to another cooler or refrigerator. Except where the law requires otherwise, we’re not responsible for spoiled food or other items kept in an appliance, before, during, or after a repair.

10. Using the website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. Please don’t submit false or misleading booking requests, send spam through the forms, use automated tools to copy or scrape the Website, or try to interfere with how it works or is secured.

The text, design, logo, and other content on the Website belong to TrustWrench Repair LLC or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not copy, republish, or use them commercially without our written permission.

When you submit a booking request or call us, you agree that we may contact you by phone or email about your request. We send text messages only if you opt in on the booking form, and you can book a repair without doing so. Our SMS Terms explain how texting works and how to opt out, and our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

11. Disclaimers

The Website and the information on it are provided “as is.” We work to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we don’t promise that it is complete, current, or free of errors, and we may change prices, offers, service areas, and availability at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms or on your invoice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TrustWrench Repair LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or our services, including lost income, lost time, or the cost of replacing items affected by an appliance problem. Our total liability for any claim connected to a particular service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited under applicable law. Some places don’t allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern about a service, please call us first so we can try to make it right. If we can’t resolve it, any legal claim must be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Richmond, Virginia, and you and TrustWrench Repair LLC consent to those courts’ jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Using the Website or booking a service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The Terms in effect when you book a service apply to that service.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don’t enforce a part of these Terms right away, that doesn’t mean we’ve given up the right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, our SMS Terms, and any estimate or invoice we give you, are the whole agreement between you and TrustWrench Repair LLC about the Website and our services.
